"Take heed of such bad reflections on a society whose celebrities are wealthier, more popular, and enjoy much greater levels of luxurious lifestyles than its educators."

If education is the most necessary component of any civilization and the most important factor of the advancement of a society, then why aren't educators ranked as the most important members of our culture and rewarded appropriately? Today's educators are products of an antiquated education system created by the Industrial Age. Industrialization has been strategically shifted to third world countries for the purpose of exploiting their legitimate labor policies of low wages. Social engineers have already paved the way for the transformation of the Information Age by shifting industrialism to third world countries. And the presence of the Internet and the computer has given the status of the Information Age an official reality. Capitalistic society recognizes and rewards its subjects that contribute the most rpms to its wheel of economics. The corporate executive, entertainer and professional athlete spin the economic wheel at exceptional speeds compared to the educator.

The only way educators will rise to the top of society's priority list is that social values are shifted from the material to the spiritual, and human development becomes the concentrated purpose of science, technology and human intelligence.

We have allowed the profession of pedagogy to lose its social value, prestige and dignity as an artistic science. Such disrespect for the value of teaching, along with its deplorable levels of salary and wages have practically destroyed all incentives of becoming an exceptionally good teacher. In fact, the present condition of the teaching profession is responsible for what I call "The damn good teachers flight." The very best and most talented teachers are fleeing to corporate America. When corporate executives discover talented teachers with highly developed people skills of articulate communication; high spirited motivation, and charismatic leadership ability, they don't hesitate to make job offers that are virtually impossible to refuse. Some corporate salary offers are six digit figures, which occasionally exceeds the average teacher's present earnings by as much as $100,000. And some corporate signing bonuses are double the teacher's annual salary. This legal form of corporate piracy of pedagogy has caused the teaching profession to be left in the laps of college graduates who are in desperate need of employment; teachers seeking tenure as their highest ambition of job security, and those teachers who are biding their time and hoping to find a golden opportunity to raise their economic status and standard of living elsewhere.

The Purple Dragons Martial Arts movement has decided to give a 100% effort in restoring the science of pedagogue and its profession of teaching back to its status of esthetics and high levels of respect, prestige and dignity. Such an effort has been structured into a spiritual way of life called the Purple Dragons Pedagogue Society. In order to truly raise the class of pedagogue you must first raise the standards and qualification level of its profession. The most important qualification of pedagogy, according to our society is that teachers become role models and demonstrate character of integrity, intelligence and responsibility. They must strictly obey the creed "Do as I do," rather than do as I say. Role modeling will be the academy's greatest method and expression of teaching. It will be our specific trademark as a renowned institution of pedagogy. Role modeling will most definitely include a teachers state of health. All teachers must continue to develop the condition of their body, mind and spirit. In order to assure continuous and progressive levels of self-development, the Purple Dragons Pedagogue Society cultivates a spiritual lifestyle founded upon the culture of martial arts practice, as a mandatory training for all teachers. Learning to instruct martial arts demands a greater coordinative relationship between body and mind. Martial arts teachers are trained to maintain a loving relationship of respect and superiority with their students. Overall, an academic teacher with a teaching certification in martial arts becomes a far greater pedagogue. Such an educator has to depend on the consistent development of his or her body, mind and spirit. Such a demand of self-development raises the level of human consciousness and makes the individual a greater human being. Teachers becoming greater human beings are the role model that the Purple Dragons Pedagogue Society has established as one of its highest objectives.

Our pedagogue system is extremely unique in its hierarchal structure of developmental order. A candidate for pedagogue status will start their journey at the position of Apprentice Instructor and works his or her way up the pedagogue ladder of instructorship to that of Chief Instructor. (See Instructor System for greater details) At this position the instructor must have already completed college or working toward graduation at a local university. The next level of rank is that of a teacher. Teachers are college graduates who will be certified by the board of education and have achieved the ranking of black belt in martial arts. All teachers will have a multiple responsibility of governing the academic programs of the local Youth Corp Centers; promoting belt ranking of martial arts students up to the level of their certification, and earning a Master's degree at a university. After obtaining a Master's degree and earning the martial arts ranking of Governing Teacher, teachers will shoulder a greater level of responsibility by governing the Purple Dragons Private Schools of Discipline in their area; promoting belt ranking of students; participating as a member of the executive board of the local Purple Dragons Dojo, while earning a doctorate degree in college. After obtaining a doctorate degree in college and earning the certified rank of Executive Teacher, teachers will take a post position at the University of Nungkyyii and earn their professorship. After serving their term of professorship and completing the highest levels of Academic learning and experience, teachers will then achieve the position and title of educator. An educator is qualified to administer the development and operation of the education system on all levels. All school principals of our Purple Dragons Private Schools of Discipline must be certified educators. The final position of our teaching system is that of pedagogue. Candidates of the must rise through the ranks of instructor, teacher, professor, educator and eventually pedagogue. A pedagogue will specialize in student learning and yokes the responsibility of students succeeding in becoming well educated. Pedagogues will proudly assume their prestigious positions at the Purple Dragons Teachers Academy. Their main obligation will be teaching teachers how to teach.

For a system of pedagogy to attract extraordinary talented teachers and keep them aboard for a sufficient length of time, our society must administer dynamic incentives, appropriate rewards and outstanding personal recognition that meets the levels of satisfaction of each individual teacher.

Due to the fact that education is a mandatory and continuous form of human development throughout our Purple Dragons Pedagogue Society, teachers must attend schooling in synchronization with their teaching schedules. All members of the Purple Dragons Pedagogue Society must also achieve engineering status in technology.

Teachers will have a 10 hour daily schedule. They will teach academic classes consisting of four 60 minute classes. They will spend 2 hours assisting students with their academic problems and questions of learning. Two hours will be spent in pursuing higher education, and the remaining two hours will be spent exercising, participating in athletics sports and practicing martial arts.

Members of our society will bear no cost of their education, health and living expenses. Once a member earns teacher ranking in martial arts and becomes a certified teacher by the board of education, that teacher's total expenses of his or her lifestyle will be financed by the society, along with an organization credit card expense account separate from the teacher's salary. Teachers being liberated from the worry of money; assured health coverage; adequate leisure and vacationing time, and the ability to satisfy one's materialistic desires on a moderate level, is a fantasy that will be brought to reality to make sure that the teachers of our Purple Dragons Pedagogue Society are the most elaborately rewarded educators on planet Earth.
