"To continuously and progressively become a greater individual is both a moral and an intelligent responsibility of being human."
Thus Spake the 21st Century Philosopher

The definition of Nungkyyii is: The science of self-evolution and the art of self-discipline; it is the philosophical art and practice of obtaining the meaning of life through the expressions of love, faith, intelligence and discipline; total submission and obedience of the law of being; living in the truth and becoming one with the Infinite Mind of Intelligence.
Philosophy is defined as the love and pursuit of
wisdom. As a 21st century philosopher this pursuit has resulted in a
very passionate and sincere desire for truth and a strong determination to
know. Since philosophy centers on wisdom, the pursuit of wisdom must become a
way of life if the philosopher in pursuit is to achieve any worthwhile results.
Wisdom is considered to be a form of energetic data of a certain frequency that
is transmitted from cosmic intelligence to the brain, and then transformed into
intuitive thought. This process of data transformation is achieved through meditation. Meditation is a state of mental
receptivity that is heightened by altered states of consciousness the higher
the level of consciousness, the higher the frequency of receptivity of wisdom.
Once wisdom is received it must be interpreted into language then processed
into comprehension. That which is comprehended must be discriminated through
the trial and error of experience. The facts produced from the experience of
applied wisdom become philosophical knowledge the fruit of the philosopher's
harvest. The philosophy of Nungkyyii is a 34-year product of a very passionate and dynamic pursuit and divine process of wisdom. The quest of this philosophy began when all of my knowledge about life as a teenager was challenged by my experience of war in Vietnam. The conditions of war forced me to rely on what my religion had taught me to be the most powerful source in the universe GOD. When God failed to answer my prayers or demonstrate his omnipotence in ceasing the destruction of human lives, my faith was crushed by pain, anger and disappointment. As a result my intelligence forced me to question everything, including God. This desperate crisis initiated my life long investigation into the reality of God's existence. During my tour in Vietnam I was given a temporary duty assignment on the Island of Formosa in the city of Taipei, Taiwan, where I crossed the path of a Zen Buddhist priest and Gung-Fu master. I was very impressed by a ninety-one year old man whose physical condition of muscle strength and flexibility far exceeded my own at the age of nineteen years old. The teachings of Zen and practice of martial arts initiated my journey and development as a contemporary philosopher. I was taught that the Tao is the essence of all existence and the infinite intelligence that perpetuates the existence of our universe. The teachings acknowledge that living at one with the Tao and expressing its spiritual pattern of life is the ultimate lifestyle of spiritual intelligence. This expression of oneness with the Tao is accomplished through the practice of Zen. Zen is a disciplinary practice of Divine love and rightful living, in which the obedience of the law of being (one's destiny) through a life of truth creates a greater human being. A voluntary effort of self-development gradually produces a significant level of consciousness of the existence of the Tao. Values set the stage of personal meaning. The cultivation of spiritual values enriches and nurtures the spirit as it increases the meaning of personal life. A healthy spirit supports a healthy mind and body. These dynamic lessons in Zen Buddhism initiated my commitment to discovering the knowledge of myself, the truth of my life, and the purpose, reason and meaning of human existence.
The
philosophy of Nungkyyii teaches that
creation is an act of evolution that far exceeds the brain's ability to
comprehend or explain in details its nature and cause. However, as a hologram
of the creator, the soul possesses an intuitive record that provides enough
intelligent data or information for man to construct a conscious understanding
of his nature as a human being. Therefore, consciousness of the soul is one of
the most necessary achievements of human existence.
According to the gospel of Nungkyyii, consciousness, energy and activity are the primary
principles of creation. The activity of the friction of Energy created lesser
forms of energies. Eventually lesser forms of energies continued to diminish
their level of vibrations until the density of energy manifested into matter.
The magnetic attraction of energy and matter performed the marvelous creation
of life. Life was stimulated by the secondary principles of creation, the
qualitative and quantitative principles. Thus the universe became a breathing
organism through the expansion and contraction and the convergence and
divergence of energy. Consciousness became the record of imprints and responses
that energy makes in its relationship with matter through the activity of
friction. The accumulation of the imprints and responses of energy added to the
progression of the record of consciousness. Consciousness thus manifested into
intelligence. Conscious intelligence discovered the necessity of progress.
Therefore, Intelligence, Progress and Necessity teamed up to become the process of evolution. The first
need to progress was accomplished through the activity of birth. Birth became
the feminine principle of progress directed by intelligence. Femininity is
quantitative by nature and follows the constructive laws of the universe
through expansion (cellular division).
Expansion is governed by time and space. Eventually energetic friction forced
expansion into causing an explosion of time and space. As a result intelligence
developed the consciousness that creation was in need of a second stage of
progress improvement. The second need to progress was accomplished through
the activity of death. Death became the masculine principle of progress
directed by intelligence. Masculinity is qualitative by nature and follows the
destructive laws of the universe through contraction (cellular fusion). Death
allowed consciousness to evolve into a greater record of intelligence through
revolutions of birth. Birth and death became cycles of life influenced by the
quantitative and qualitative principles. Birth generated a quantity of life,
and then death eliminated the weak causing the selection of the quality of
life. Thus explains the characteristics of creation Intelligence, Necessity, Progress, Consciousness, Energy and Activity. Nungkyyii embraces these characteristics of creation and reflects their conscious existence through symbolism. The symbol of Nungkyyii
is a six-pointed star constructed of two curvature triangles. Curvature
represents the true geometrical pattern of motion. Each Triangle represents the
integrating relationship of the constructs of the principles of creation. (See Diagrams) The star is formed when
these two triangles form a relationship of principles through integration. The
Yin and Yang symbol that is centered inside the star represents the
quantitative separation (Yin = expansion) and the qualitative integration (Yang
= contraction) the breath of the Tao.
The point located in the center of the Yin and Yang symbol represents the
synergy of Yin and Yang. Each point of the star represents the six
characteristics of self-development Self-Consciousness,
Self-Confidence, Self-Discipline, Self-Worth,
Self-Respect and Self-Esteem. The main objective of the philosophy of Nungkyyii is to become one with the
creator by means of self-discipline through the practice of the science of
self-evolution.
The name Nungkyyii is by no means a derivative of any language known past or present. The name originated as a quest of numerology. Since the number 9 represents completion in numerology, my goal was to select 9 letters that would equal a 9 vibration of energy, which would definitely get major attention both in sound and appearance. The philosophy of Nungkyyii has four basic concerns.
(1) The expression of self-discipline.
(2) Total submission and obedience to the law of being.
(3) Living in the truth.
(4) Becoming one with the Infinite Mind of Intelligence (God).
Becoming one with God is the highest possible
human achievement. This unity provides God with a physical vehicle of
expression of his will and master plan, which turns man into an agent of God. A
merger with God is not a quick religious ritual that takes place during a
single service of church worship. It is a long and extremely difficult process
that involves a complete spiritual transformation of the human being. When the
average person speaks of spiritual rebirth, I seriously doubt that they truly
understand the type of death it takes for a spiritual rebirth to occur. When we
are first born our brain is programmed to learn analytically. We must separate
things into pieces in order to grasp or understand the way things are.
Separation becomes a principle of our growth and development, especially the
overall progression of our consciousness. The beauty and blessing of human
consciousness is that at some point in our transition of adulthood we are
suppose to arrive at a state of consciousness that reflects our own
consciousness sort of a mirror effect. In other words we become conscious of
our own consciousness. This enlightening experience is suppose to make us
realize that the person we have become through the method of separation by the
process of analytical thinking, although it was necessary, has directed us in
the opposite direction away from God a direction that is inevitably
destructive because it is abrasive to our very own human nature. If we are to
escape destruction and live our life to greater heights of human experience we
must turn our life around in the opposite direction the direction toward God.
We cannot turn our life around with the persona that was created from the
process of analytical thinking and prone to habitual selfishness from
separation. Figuratively speaking that persona must die and develop a new persona
through spiritual rebirth. In other words we must turn our life around and live
in the direction of integration lead by a thinking process of synthesis. In
layman language we must save our self from the clutches of the devil and submit
our self unto God. We are only truly reborn when we have sacrificed our
physical life and are living a life of spirituality. Remember, declaring
yourself saved because someone gave you a holy bath one Sunday in church and
you witnessed the presence of the Holy Spirit, does not turn your life around
and make you a righteous individual who has exchanged bad habits with good
ones. Rebirth is not a pleasure trip; it is a long and hard journey of extreme
pain, suffering and sacrifice a road only a few will ever have the faith,
courage and strength to travel. There is no need to adorn jewelry or shout
hallelujah in public praise in order to symbolize your religious conviction. If
you are truly reborn and your life has become one with God, your thoughts and
behavior will display Godliness in the expression of your God given purpose and
your commitment to serving the betterment of humanity. According to Nungkyyii
becoming a greater human being is the only respectable proof that a person is
truly becoming one with God.
The expression of self-discipline is necessary in any worthwhile endeavor of human accomplishment. The human difficulty of disciplining the self has challenged the philosophy of Nungkyyii and its science of self-evolution.
Self-discipline simply means taking control of your own thoughts and behavior. Although the meaning of self-discipline sounds very simple, the expression of self-discipline is extremely difficult to achieve. The word control can be a disturbing form of action. "My life is in the control of society." Or control can be a very powerful word of action. "I will control my own life and its future destiny." If the average human being had any inkling of the dynamic power of self-discipline, he or she would be in control of the condition of his or her life at this very moment, or at least getting closer to control on a daily bases.
Humans must be disciplined in order to behave with greater morality. Human nature is too oriented by what Freud termed the Id (animal instinct) for its behavior not to be more civilized and intelligently cultivated by discipline. The difficulty of self-discipline is that we must first be disciplined in order to achieve self-discipline. Because discipline is not a major component of our society, nor a subject of academic study in our system of education, and practically non-existent in the life of the family, only a very few individuals are fortunate and privileged with being disciplined.
As humans we are creatures of habit. We learn by the experience of our actions. Repetition of our actions develops into habit, which molds our character. We become living products of the habits we acquire and the behavior influence of our environmental traits. If our behavior habits are contrary to the actions needed to accomplish our goals, then changing our inappropriate habits is mandatory. Discipline is the most dynamic means of changing our inappropriate habits. If discipline is excluded from the process of our character development, then self-discipline will hardly become an expression of conscious conduct.
"The genesis of Nungkyyii is discipline!"
Nungkyyii is considered to be a science of self-evolution and a philosophy of self-discipline because it has successfully accomplished a consistent method of achieving progressive self-development of patterns of intelligent behavior through a disciplinary lifestyle of spirituality. The philosophy initiates its discipline with a programmed pattern of activity that transforms the individual's patterns of thinking and behaving. Nungkyyii introduces a life of spirituality to its practitioners a strict lifestyle of meditation, vegetarian diet, martial arts exercises, committed relationships, divine love, rightful living and human service. The practice of this disciplinary behavior on a voluntary basis breaks down old lifestyle habits that are counterproductive to the human progress of spiritual development. The repetition of disciplinary conduct through practice eventually forms new habits that transform the individual's character to greater heights of human expression.
Instruction is a disciplinary form of learning very well capable of shaping human behavior. The philosophy of Nungkyyii specifically focuses on instructions in disciplining the emotional behavior of the ego.
"The emotional ego is the culprit responsible for the downfall of humanity."
The emotional ego must be disciplined and instructed to totally submit to the spirit. Such disciplinary activity is next to impossible to accomplish in a materialistic society of hedonistic culture, especially when such a level of self-control becomes the sole responsibility of each individual to discipline his or her own self.
When a practitioner of Nungkyyii discovers that his or her new habits have awarded them with self-control, the satisfying feelings of self-esteem boost their will and desire to further develop their level of self-discipline.
If there is any reflection of the dire need of self-discipline in our society, it is definitely the wide spread addictions of cigarette smoking, drinking of alcohol and the abuse of drugs..
"The mouth is occupied more often by the cigarette than by any other substance in human life, and that includes food!"
It is so sad to see so many humans that are so undisciplined to the point that they have given up hope in the beauty of wholesome living and surrendered control over to tobacco, alcohol and drugs.
"Nungkyyii as a philosophy of self-discipline is bound to take humanity by storm in the very near future!"
"Thus Spake The 21st Century Philosopher and Prophet of Nungkyyii"
Total submission and obedience to the law of being is an intelligent decision to accept God's will and carry out the pattern of life that God has blueprinted in his master plan for each human being. Having faith in the fact that our life has a destined pattern of behavior takes a considerable level of consciousness, knowledge and intelligence.
From a scientific point of view, through observation and scientific experience we know that life is not a constant change of vortexes of random activity of chance. The universe would be in sheer chaos if patterns of movement were allowed to be periods of random activity. The design and creation of this magnificent universe by a Supreme Architect of superior intelligence is very obvious when the world is examined by intelligence. Such a Supreme Architect would surely have blueprints of such a dynamic design and creation. Those blueprints most definitely contain the destined pattern of human life. Total submission to human destiny in the form of obedience to one's law of being is the heart of the philosophy of Nungkyyii.
As far as the destiny of humanity is concerned, human life can be compared to water running down the side of a mountain. Its path of least resistance is its natural way of movement down the mountain. The water's path of least resistance is predetermined by the creation of the mountain's structure. Therefore the mountain has an invisible pattern that the water must submit to if it is to make it all the way down the mountain without succumbing to obstacles of blockade or the embodiments of trenches, ponds or lakes.
Without some Omnipotent law and order governing human evolution, humanity would have never become the marvelous phenomenon it is today. If law and order governs all of the patterns of movement throughout the universe, there certainly must be patterns of human movement that are governed by an Omnipotent law and order also. I am referring to the Omnipotent law and order of God. The philosophy of Nungkyyii teaches that each human has a law of being, a predestined pattern of behavior ordained by God. This pattern exists on a higher plane of consciousness a plane Nungkyyii calls Soul Consciousness. According to the philosophy of Nungkyyii the Soul is a hologram of the Over Soul (The Supreme Architect God, etc.) Consciousness of this hologram reveals a detailed pattern that directs the individual into Divine purpose.
"Consistent and persistent obedience of the law of being raises the human mind to the level of God consciousness."
The difficulty of achieving consciousness of the Soul is caused by our normal level of consciousness that is dominated by our original pattern of behavior a behavior that is created by worldly desire, controlled by the ego and conditioned by the culture of our society. The sacrifice of our original pattern of behavior (ego) in order to raise our consciousness to the level of our destined behavior pattern (soul) is an extremely painful transition. In a culture where pain is avoided at any cost and chased away by pain relieving drugs and pills, only a very unique few individuals are intelligent and disciplined enough to give up their original pattern of mundane behavior and develop a pattern of spiritual behavior. Total submission to this destined spiritual pattern of human behavior manifested from the consciousness of the Soul is the way of the philosophy.
"When greater development of human consciousness promotes the union of the soul and God into a relationship of master/servant, the total submission and obedience of the law of being becomes the execution of God's will."
(The philosophy of Nungkyyii)
Living in the truth is one of the most dynamic challenges and intriguing experiences that a human being can encounter on a daily basis. There is an old saying that comes to mind, "Truth is not what they say it is; truth is what it is." Whatever activity manifests from the blueprints of the Supreme Architect, unhampered by the hands or minds of mankind beyond our control or influence is truth. When the sun shines, or the clouds rain that is truth. When we manipulate the circumstances and conditions of truth in order to meet our personal desires or satisfaction we cause truth to stray away from its natural pattern. This act causes truth to lessen. A lesser truth is set on a diminishing course, which eventually becomes an untruth. Untruths are the falsities that lead us astray from the Divine path of human evolution. The path of life is saturated with illusions, falsities, obstacles, oppositions, hostile conditions and unfavorable circumstances. This obstacle course of difficulties is nature's way of testing humanity. The purpose of the obstacle course and its hostile adversaries is to eliminate the weak and force the strong to become stronger. Nungkyyii teaches its students to develop the strength to accept and face the conditions and circumstances that truth presents on an everyday bases. Strength is a mandatory trait of human survival and a very dynamic characteristic in human development. Strength is cultivated specifically in the lifestyle of Nungkyyii because of the extreme difficulty involved in treading the path of spirituality. Our symbol of strength is a rope of three braids. Each braid symbolizes a factor of strength. The three factors of strength are: Love Faith Intelligence.
Love Love is a source of energy that extends far beyond just emotions. Love is an energetic form of magnetism. Its force of attraction permeates the universe. Love has been commonly referred to as the Elmer's glue of the universe. It is best described as Stick-To-It-Ness. We must stick to our
commitments as we fight the law of separation and other forces of opposition
that try to divide us from that which we love. In our struggle to stick to that
which we claim to love we gain greater adherence. In other words our Stick-To-It-Ness gets stickier. The force of love integrates, adds, and multiplies causing a greater activity. The moment love conceals itself exclusively in emotional form it begins to weaken due to a cyclic relationship with its opposite (hate). We start losing our grip, adherence or stickiness and fall victim to the law of separation. When we realize the weakness of our love we have no choice but to have faith in love and believe that love will eventually gain its strength and assist in overcoming our obstacles. Intelligence opposes emotions and favors rational decisions and logical actions. Love is in need of faith and intelligence in order to support it in its expression of strength.
Faith is our means of connecting
with the abstract world the world of the spirit. It is our bridge of
communication between the self and the Divine. Faith is the power to convert that which extends beyond our senses into a realm of human consciousness. We must learn to believe in an idea, concept or dream and support that belief through expressions of diligent effort and energy, on a non-stop basis until we witness the manifestation of our faith. For every idea or dream that we manifest into reality through our faith system the stronger we raise the level of our capacity to believe the stronger our expression of faith, the greater our achievements in life the greater our achievements in life, the greater we raise our levels of self-esteem, self-confidence and overall self-worth the greater our self-development, the more intelligent we become as human beings.
Intelligence is the ability to overcome obstacles in our life; to solve the problems we encounter; to discriminate the moral difference of right from wrong, and to make the best decisions that result in a successful life. This valuable human resource helps protect our love and faith from the adversaries of separation, hate, anger, doubt and fear. We increase our intelligence as we face and overcome our situations, circumstances and conditions, as they shower down upon us in the form of truth everyday. Truth and intelligence share the same nature. They are both constructs of the process of evolution. When we cultivate, develop and synchronize the human resources of Love,
Faith and Intelligence on a daily basis, the combination of strength that
they provide help us succeed in traveling our spiritual journey and furthering
the development of our levels of consciousness and evolution as human beings.
The philosophy of Nungkyyii teaches that human
life is deeply influenced by Purpose
Reason Meaning.
The Purpose of life is perfection.
Evolution has been given this assignment through Intelligence, Necessity
and Progress. Therefore, it is the purpose of each and every individual
to strive for perfection by continuing to develop into a greater human
being through intelligent thought and moral behavior. For perfection to become
a human virtue and dynamic driving force in our society it must be woven into
the tapestry of our social culture. For this human endeavor so desperately
needed to become a successful objective it must be implemented through the
instructions of our system of education. The present purpose of education is to
perpetuate the work force and insure the welfare of our economy an agenda
strictly concerned with generating wealth and further supporting the existing
success of capitalism. This social function forces education to be a
coconspirator of dehumanization. Perfection of humanity must be founded
within our purpose of education if we are to escape the demise of our own
civilization.
The Reason of life is support. Everything depends on something else for its survival. In the human kingdom we call this support human service. Serving others in a productive and constructive manner is a necessity in human progress. When the reason of life is to develop pleasure, wealth and power, implemented by aggression, human service gets manipulated into forms of labor that suppresses human development rather than progresses it. Without intelligent support of the foundation that makes us human (the human spirit) our race as Earthlings is headed for inevitable destruction. Spiritual support and its progressive development should be the framework of every human lifestyle.
The Meaning of life is happiness. Life is too much of a stress
and strain for it not to have a system of relief from such pressure through
some type of rewarding process of satisfaction. Evolution has provided such a
rewarding process of pleasurable satisfaction through the functionality of the
human brain. The brain's rewarding program is generated by the progressive
cycles of pain and pleasure that is incorporated into the process of human
development. As we go through the stress of raising our levels of
consciousness, confidence and discipline, the pain of such activity contracts
the nerve fibers of our pleasure region. When the pain subsides from
progressive development, the rise of self-respect, self-worth and self-esteem
triggers the expansion of the nerve fibers in the pleasure region. Nerve fibers
respond to endorphins that make their way through the pleasurable pathways that
causes the individual to experience pleasure. According to the teachings of Nungkyyii this is the only natural
method of achieving true happiness. We must work diligently to increase our
consciousness, confidence and discipline and accept the pain, sweat and tears
that accommodate this process of development, then we enjoy the experience of
pleasure that we feel toward ourselves from the relief of pain through the
increase of self-respect, self-worth and self-esteem. The secret to pleasure is
in the relief of pain. Pleasure and pain share a Yin and Yang relationship that
regenerates through each cycle of expression. Once pain is avoided, the
Yin/Yang cycle is interrupted and pleasure no longer responds according to its
nature (relief of pain). At this stage the demand for pleasure becomes a vulnerable search for objects or stimulants that will manipulate the nerve cells and fibers of the pleasure region and trick them into secreting the body chemicals that forces the brain to register pleasure through the nervous system. Once the brain has been reprogrammed to register pleasure without the assistance of pain, the brain cells used to generate such pleasure are not being recycled through a natural process and are eventually destroyed by abuse. Our minds become degenerating victims of a hedonistic culture, addicted to substitutes for truth and entertained by a world of unreality, as we live the life of consumers imprisoned by the economy. At this point happiness has become an illusion of having plenty of money and being able to purchase whatever we may desire. This sad state of human existence has become a process social conformity that is dehumanizing our civilization. The philosophy of Nungkyyii
teaches that true happiness is a necessary state of being that promotes the
brain's conditions of mental health and sanity. Without true happiness the
human brain self destructs like an engine without oil.
Longevity is a very dynamic and priority subject in
the philosophy of Nungkyyii.
"It is better to out live the dehumanizing process and structure of our society and its social engineers and safe keepers while supporting the manifestation of evolution along its divine course, rather than attempt to create change through a physical revolution."
"Thus Spake
The 21st Century Philosopher and Prophet of
Nungkyyii"
The gospel of Nungkyyii
offers this precious wisdom to its sincere practitioners. The key to living a
long and prosperous life is the health status of the brain. The brain's
condition and state of functionality depends on physical, mental and spiritual
activity. The more active we are the more reasons our brain has to keep up its
process of progressive development and function of consciousness. A physical,
mental and spiritual program of activity has been structured into a dynamic
pattern of daily life called The Omega
Program. (For more details see The Omega Program) Aging is a
process that manifest through the physical condition of the human body but
originates in the condition of the brain. This aging process can be preserved
and maintained by a lifestyle of rightful living, proper diet of nutritional
food, and a sufficient exercise program of progressive muscle development of
strength and flexibility. Rightful living, nutritional diet and adequate
exercise have already proven to slow down the aging process tremendously.
Diet is a very serious matter in the
teachings of the philosophy of Nungkyyii.
"We are what we eat," is a very profound wisdom. (See The Omega Diet) The philosophy preaches vegetarianism. Our teeth and intestines show eminent evidence that flesh is not a substance that our digestive system is designed to assimilate. Where a natural carnivore's bowel is relatively short (3 times the length of its body) and smooth inside, a human's bowel is 12 times the length of the body and deeply twisted and puckered. Having no fiber of its own, meat quite arduously inches its way through the long convoluted human digestive system. Before it arrives at the end it has become putrid and toxic to the human body. The human digestive system is designed for plant food digestion. From the inadequate amount of acidity in human saliva, bile in the human liver and acid in the human stomach, to the relatively small size of the human kidney, it is clear that the natural diet for humans is vegetarian. (See vegetarianism in The Omega Diet)
Fasting is a dynamic method of cleansing the body of
impurities, supporting the maintenance of the digestive system and allowing
enzymes to rest, recuperate and replenish their
nutrients. The Omega Diet includes
fasting as a discipline that takes place from 5am to 5pm on a daily basis. After
fasting causes the stomach to be absent of food, liquids in the abdomen refract
the alpha, gamma and beta rays of the sun creating natural vitamins and micronutrients
from the energy of the sun. The Omega
Diet recommends that its practitioners use its power drink called solar
water to quench their thirst rather than drink commercial sodas of high
carbonated liquids. Solar water is made by simply allowing water to set in the
sunshine for several hours. Drinking the water at room
temperature or above preserves the water's calorie content. In the
science community solar water is also called structured water,
which means that the radiation from the refracted sunrays energizes the sun's
vitamins and minerals and creates electromagnetism that forms a vortex inside
water cells. The vortex becomes a polar quality that attracts macromolecules
into a unique pattern that relates to all the intricate cellular patterns throughout
the body. Solar water provides a user-friendly pattern of passage for enzymes
to by-pass metabolic traffic jams and arrive at their
cellular workstations more efficiently and with greater proficiency.
What you eat, when you eat and how you eat is of
grave concern in The Omega Diet. What you eat should be macrobiotic raw vegetables. This food carries the highest quality of nutrients. It contains nutrient levels that cooked foods lose in the cooking process. When you eat should be before you retire for the evening. The myth that eating and sleeping makes you fat is as false as finding gold at the end of a rainbow. When you lie down and rest on a full stomach of food your digestive system is capable of getting the attention of all of its enzymes and abdominal muscles that would have been otherwise involved in the body's normal process of operation and movement. This concentrated effort by the enzymes and stomach muscles cooperating with the digestive system helps the assimilation process produce a greater quality of nutrients into the blood stream. How you eat determines the vibration level of the energy of the food you consume. To chew your food well helps the enzymes further break down the food with less stress and strain, thereby supporting the health status of the enzymes. Eating in an atmosphere of loving energy and positive vibrations polarizes the food that enters the digestive system. Positively charged nutrients are capable of repelling negative parasites that attack nutrients for their negative existence inside the body. Eating in a sacred place of ritualistic celebration, which includes music, incense and entertainment that is shared with love ones, further concentrates the positivism of the nutritional food entering the digestive system.
Exercise is simply movement. The power
of exercise lies in its purpose. In Nungkyyii
the purpose of exercise is to preserve the body as a sacred vehicle of the
expression of the law of being. In Nungkyyii
the philosophy of exercise is to develop the muscle system and its structure of
the body to a level of strength and flexibility that will serve as a muscle
skeleton for the body's physical support. The wisdom of Nungkyyii reveals that the bone skeleton begins to perforate and
weaken from the stress of inactive muscles, as we get older. By the age of 55
our bone skeleton stops developing. To prevent the body from losing its quality
levels of movements the muscle skeleton is developed to step in and take over
the major responsibility of supporting the body's posture. To achieve such a
dynamic objective through exercise it is important that the movements of
exercise include the variety of muscle groups that make up the entire muscle
skeleton. Martial arts have been chosen as the ideal exercise to accomplish
such an intricate physiological goal. The combination of Yoga, Tai Chi, Kumite, Katas and moving
meditation provides an exercise program so versatile in body movements that no
other exercise program can compare to its development of muscle strength and
flexibility. Unlike gymnastics or other strenuously demanding muscle exercises,
martial arts can be practiced for a lifetime without mental and physical
burnout, or the bodily injuries that often accompanies strenuous exercises. The
beauty and dynamics of martial arts exercises is that the exercises are
instructional and demands high levels of concentration, coordination and
dexterity, which develops the body, mind and the spirit in synchronization. In
martial arts the stages of development are recognized and rewarded by
symbolism. Each time a student improves in his or her skill level and ability
to demonstrate their exercises proficiently they receive a mark or color change
of the belt of their exercise uniform. This recognition and rewarding system
promotes self-esteem. The obvious recognition of self-improvement generates
morale and the practitioner of martial arts become self motivated to exercise
by his or her own desire and volition.
I will forever be grateful for the
level of dynamic impact martial arts has had on my life, my mind and my
emotions. As a philosophical minded teenager, I have always had vision. I took
pride in my ability to imagine into the future. I could feel traces of
depression every time that I imagined becoming an old man. To be forced to give
up my active life of sports, dance and recreational activities and shuffle
around with a cane was a nightmare thought for me. My trip to Taiwan was the most enlightening
experience of travel in my life. The age level of the Chinese people practicing
Tai Chi in the parks at dawn each morning astounded me. I had never seen so
many centenarians with such alert minds and healthy bodies. A Zen Buddhist
priest, 91 years in age entered my life by fate. He was a master of Gung Fu.
His physical movements, muscle strength and flexibility far surpassed my own at
the age of nineteen. This wonderful experience of being taught by such a
fascinating human being helped deride my imagination of the nightmare of
getting old and incapacitated, and replaced my thoughts with an imagination of
being a hundred plus years old still active in sports, enjoying recreational
activities and cutting the rug on the dance floor. What a dynamic revelation it
is to know that age doesn't have to be a stumbling block to the enjoyment of all
the amusing wonders of human life in my later years.
Relationships make the world go round. The operation
of the entire universe is centered on the law of relativity. According to the
philosophy of Nungkyyii a
relationship is a mechanism of giving and receiving human service. The purpose
of a relationship is to support your fellow Earthling in advancing his or her
development as a greater human being. We easily lose conscious touch of this
purpose when ulterior motives of selfish desire take charge of our expression
in the relationship. Selfishness generates conflict and the relationship no
longer serves, instead it begins to destroy. As a result, separation and
divorce has indeed become a social epidemic. The philosophy of Nungkyyii teaches that laws of the
universe govern relationships. The laws of attraction and repulsion act upon
all bodies that share the same space and time. This reciprocating activity
within relationships either forces the relationship to strengthen or weaken. If
the relationship was not initiated and developed from a strong foundation it
does not stand a chance against the law of repulsion. Therefore, the knowledge
of relationship building is crucial to experiencing a healthy and long lasting
relationship. (See relationship building in the lifestyle section in The Omega Program) Nungkyyii breaks
down the word relationship into segments (Relate-Sion-Ship)
in order to grasp a deeper understanding of its meaning. Relate means to
compare that, which is alike, or the same. This means that a relationship
should begin by focusing on the things the parties involved has in common. When
one person focuses on something particular that he or she selfishly seeks from
the other party, he or she really doesn't contribute to a good foundation of
the relationship. In all honesty he or she is initiating a personal
arrangement. After a relationship is initiated by likeness and common interest,
these relationship qualities must be cultivated to greater levels of existence,
which calls for the second segment of the word relationship Sion. Sion
represents action. Common interest must be given activity in order for that
interest to grow and spread over into other areas of interesting activity. In
order to protect all of the precious time spent cultivating likeness and common
interest, the relationship calls for the final segment of the word relationship
Ship. Ship can be considered the container. Its purpose is to
contain the relationship, in order to keep it within the bounds of common
interest and allow love to develop and mature. Ship signifies commitment. Without a commitment a relationship doesn't stand a chance against the forces of separation. Structuring a relationship is similar to building a house. If the house is built with intentions of lasting, the builders must choose quality materials and give the house a very solid foundation. The best structuring of a relationship is founded upon truth and trust more so than love. Love alone is not strong enough to withstand the turbulent times of a relationship. Honesty and integrity allows the relationship to reveal its true condition. When both parties are totally aware of the truth of the situation, circumstances and condition of the relationship at all times it eliminates the surprises of dishonesty that devastates the relationship. Love as an emotion is a very sensitive, fragile and vulnerable state of existence. It necessitates serious nurturing if it is to grow and develop into a strength that can be a support to the foundation of the relationship. Such nurturing takes considerable patience, effort and energy. Therefore it is intelligent to start a relationship with truth and trust and allow emotions the proper time and patience it takes to adjust to the foundation of the relationship. The most important aspect of building a relationship is consciousness. The wisdom of Nungkyyii states that one can only be as conscious of building a
relationship with another as he or she is conscious of building a relationship
with oneself. I am referring to the relationship between the self and the
spirit, or the ego and the soul. In order to build a relationship with oneself
he or she must resolve the conflict between the emotions and the intellect over
the control of the body's expression. A body driven solely by emotions avoids
pain and becomes addicted to pleasure. And a body driven solely by intellect
ignores intuition and sooner or later becomes misguided by reason. Harmony
resolves the conflict. When the emotions submit to the intellect through
harmony, intuition directs the human being. Such an individual knows how to
develop harmony with another from the experience of self-harmony. The bottom
line is that relationships are much more serious than our culture educates us
to understand. The negative and positive impacts that relationships have on our
being have a major influence on the circumstances and conditions of our lives.
Meditation is a process in which wisdom can be
extracted from cosmic intelligence into intuition and transformed into
conscious understanding. The gospel of Nungkyyii
states that meditation is as crucial to the spirit as breathing is to the body.
According to the teachings of Nungkyyii
there are three types of meditation receptivity, concentration
and communication. The most powerful form of meditation is receptivity.
In this state of meditation wisdom is received from cosmic intelligence
in the form of intuition. Through intuitive activity the brain processes
knowledge from the experience of trials and errors into comprehensive
understanding. This process of communication from the Divine to the individual
is the most important activity in the entire philosophy. This process provides
the practitioner of the philosophy of Nungkyyii
with the instructions of executing the law of being (one's destiny).
Through daily meditation the practitioner gradually builds a greater level of
consciousness of his or her being (self). The continuation of this
development of consciousness eventually leads to the awareness of the soul.
Soul consciousness puts the practitioner into an awareness of the
creator, because the soul is a hologram of the creator. Since consciousness is
the greatest means of human evolution, meditation is a mandatory expression in
the further development of humanity. Meditating on a particular subject or idea
is called concentration. Concentration raises our awareness of
the subject or idea that we are focusing upon, thereby allowing us to explore a
deeper understanding and use of our discovery. Concentration also
conjures the powers of creativity and imagination and forces thought to
manifest into things. Meditation is a very powerful form of communication
through prayer. It allows us to communicate with cosmic intelligence and
receive answers and solutions that assist us in solving our personal problems.
The philosophy has developed a particular prayer called the Ahkquraam. This ritual of meditation takes place
three times a day. The first prayer takes place at sunrise as we receive the
purest rays of the sun. We pray for wisdom to instruct and guide us along our
spiritual journey of truth. The second prayer takes place at noon or when the rays of the sun
are perpendicular to the Earth. We pray for strength to support our struggle
against the obstacles and negative forces that occupy the path of truth. And
the third prayer is performed at sunset. In this prayer we give thanks to the Infinite
Mind of Intelligence and count the blessings that have lifted our
spirit and caused an appreciation of the life that we are leading every day in
truth. Without meditation spiritual life succumbs to unconsciousness and the
individual is lead astray by spiritual illusions.
Grandeur and Decadence are inevitable
forces of every civilization known to mankind. And tradition and culture are
the constructs of all social structures. The level of moral behavior of
citizenship determines the circumstances and condition of a social system. Our
social system has allowed the level of morality to reach an alarming decline.
Social behavior is now reflecting the ills of the human mind. Society is in a
serious state of dehumanization. We have allowed physical values to dominate
our minds and emotions, thereby distracting our consciousness of spiritual
values. Our capitalistic social system dictates our lifestyle and manipulates our
social behavior in favor of its political interest. We have become consumer
slaves of the economy. We work and live to consume that which we value, even at
the expense of our physical, mental and spiritual well-being. This
materialistic way of life is dehumanizing and contrary to the human spirit. It
has already generated social ills that are eating away the moral fiber of our
social structure like a cancer. Society is in a nosedive of decadence. Its
flight crew of social engineers is inebriated by power and wealth. Ignorance
has infected the rich with greed and irresponsibility, the administrators with
injustice and corruption and the poor with crime and violence. Investors and
stockholders are exploiting our economy, people who are far removed from the conscious
responsibility of the operation, maintenance and harmonious function of our
society. Poverty is strangling human life planet wide while hunger and
homelessness embarrasses the intelligence level of our civilization. It is no
secret that human life is in desperate need of progressive change.
Wisdom falls to the grass roots of a
civilization like a seed to the soil. This implanting of knowledge takes place
before each civilization meets its demise. Destiny intends that wisdom find
roots in the lowest class of the strongest mind of society. To rise from the
bottom of a social structure and escape its brute conformity, assures that such
a mind is intelligently qualified, and that such a human is strong enough for
the role of saving humanity. From the grass roots of a
capitalistic/pseudo-democratic/aristocratic society comes
the philosophy of Nungkyyii; a
philosophy armed only with love, knowledge, intelligence, consciousness,
discipline, vision and a lifestyle of simplicity. Nungkyyii is the engine of "The
New Revolution." All things work in the direction of good regardless of the
presence of evil, and result in a better state of existence. The Supreme
Architect has to have a master plan whose blueprints include the reconstruction
of America to even a greater heaven on
Earth than ever dreamed or imagined.
"All is well in the eyes of God. His will shall reign supreme."
If a social revolution is to manifest
and succeed on this planet it must be born from the womb of humanity and
produce a greater race of humans. A revolution initiated by bullets, bombs,
blood and battle is not the type of revolution that evolution has ordered for
the future of humanity. Civilization is about to witness a feminine revolution.
Birth is a feminine principle of the universe. Therefore, women are at the
forefront of any major changes that take place within every civilization. Women
liberation is no longer a tiring struggle by women for women. It has become a
moral and intelligent responsibility of the first class passengers of Spaceship
Earth for the sake of humanity. Nungkyyii
boldly pays its respect and contribution to the liberation of women by
launching its feminine concept called Nu-Feminism. Although Nu-Feminism
is a feminine movement that includes the liberation of women, it is not a
gender movement. Men who rise above their egos and acknowledge the destruction
of patriarchy and its masculine behavior will join women in creating a better
way of life for humans. Nu-Feminism acknowledges the damage and
destruction that masculinity has caused to humanity. The goal of Nu-Feminism
is to right the wrongs, heal the wounds, repair the damage and reconstruct the
destruction in order to liberate not only women but humanity as a whole.
Liberation is needed so that humanity can rise to its heights of conscious
intelligence and give birth to a supreme race. (For further details and understanding of the concept of Nu-Feminism, turn to the Nu-Feminism chapter)
As a philosopher of the 21st century I am ecstatic to be human and living in such a modern era of such technological marvels and wonders of human evolution, which is so filled with astounding opportunities of philosophical expression. I sense envy vibrating from the graves of my philosophical predecessors. They would all freak out to be alive and experience the power of world communication at their fingertips. The capability of expressing their concepts of thought to the entire world through the Internet, by simply sitting in front of a monitor and moving the keys on a board, without placing their lives in jeopardy would have exceeded every philosopher's dream. The experience of the freedom of speech, belief and expression would no doubt be considered utopia to any true philosopher. My excitement of being human brings goose bumps when I think about the extraordinary powers that I possess in the organ that resides inside my skull. The human brain is without doubt the zenith of human evolution on planet Earth. Through the practice of Yoga, Tai Chi, Martial Arts, Meditation and a strict disciplinary lifestyle of vegetarian dieting and daily exercise for the past 34 years, has resulted in an amazing level of brain control and consciousness. When I demonstrate mind over matter in my karate demonstrations by heating the temperature of my body by will, breaking boards over my head, back and arms or altering the rigidity of muscle texture through out my body, I am demonstrating my ability to will my brain to obey my commands. After having gained much greater levels of control of my brain, I have since become bored with the challenges of my karate demonstrations. I am presently possessed by my ability to actually program my own brain. My life is now consumed with my project of self-evolution.
I believe that I can evolve within my own lifespan to heights of conscious
intelligence and physical agility that it would take the average human several
life times to achieve under natural circumstances. I started my project by
changing my behavior patterns in order to change my patterns of thinking. I am
fully aware that thought and behavior are the mechanisms of human evolution. I
learned that my nature of masculinity and its expression by action forced my
limbic system to operate from the reptilian brain area. Due to this aggressive
behavior pattern the male brain has not evolved in quite sometime. However, the
female brain has evolved considerably. Her feminine nature is not orientated by
action, but rather through communication. Her limbic system uses speech to
convey her emotions. My Eros and Libido is being reprogrammed through the
practice of solitude and celibacy. Both of my drives are being reoriented by
divine purpose and conditioned to perform in harmony with each other. I am
fully conscious of the destructive consequences of the separation of love and
sex and its devastating effects upon the human spirit.
Superman has been programmed into my identity
profile inside my mind's computer, and my brain has been commanded to clone my
imaginary version of Superman in spirit form and create a transmutation of that
spirit into my being.
